Purchasing online.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. By entering and confirming payment details in our shopping area, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.

Delivery charges.

Non-members and Red Stripe Club members
Orders of $300 or more will receive free delivery. For all orders under $300 a delivery fee of $12 per dozen will be charged.

Ceno Club members
Orders of six bottles or more will receive free delivery, regardless of the purchase amount. For all orders under six bottles a delivery fee of $12 will be charged.

General delivery information
Allow 14 days from receipt of your order confirmation for delivery. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you have not received your order in this timeframe please contact us. We use Australia Post for our deliveries. If you are not at home when your purchase is delivered, Australia Post will leave a card instructing you to contact your local Australia Post outlet to organise collection. Delivery instructions, including an authority to leave, may be specified during the checkout process. d’Arenberg does not accept responsibility for items stolen when an authority to leave has been specified by the customer. Please note: during sale/ promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

Returns and refunds.

If the wine is faulty or damaged in transit, contact us to arrange a replacement.

Changes of vintage.

While every effort is made to ensure that all vintages listed on our website are current, if the stocked vintage changes before your order is dispatched, we will contact you to inform you of the change and confirm the alternative is acceptable.

Payment security.

We always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform from which to conduct online transactions. We use industry standard SSL protocol which encrypts information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption makes information such as credit card numbers, billing details and delivery addresses undecipherable by other computers, ensuring privacy and security. Any stored cardholder information is not stored by d’Arenberg, but a secure third party, and is required to be encrypted with a suitable cryptographic algorithm. d’Arenberg staff do not have access to stored credit card information. It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your online account by keeping your password, computer and devices secure.
