Sea & Vines
June Long Weekend Degustation
Saturday, Sunday & Monday - June 12,13 & 14 2010
With the vines changing colour, and the rain falling our thoughts turn to open fires, warm food and red wine. d'Arry's Vernadah is the perfect place to stay warm and watch the wild weather rollling over the undulating hills of McLaren Vale.
The d'Arry's Verandah team have once again been busy preparing for another BankSA Sea & Vines festival on the June long weekend, Sunday June 13 and Monday June 14. Out in the marquee the dishes include Royal Tasmanian Salmon with warm kipfler potato salad and the signature dish of Lobster medallion with crab and prawn ravioli and lobster bisque. The 2010 is a fully ticketed event and can be purchased from www.mclarenvale.info
Separate to the BankSA Sea & Vines festivities, for all three days of the June Long Weekend d'Arry's Verandah will be offering an exciting eight course degustation. Matched by an exciting array of back and current vintage d'Arenberg wines selected by Jo Reschke. This is a truly special menu created by Nigel Rich and Peter Reschke.
