The Hillbillies

Despite their name there is nothing unruly about this fine pair. These super premium, single variety wines are sourced entirely from the Adelaide Hills region due to its exceptional growing conditions. Higher altitude and cooler temperatures clearly suit these two varieties and we are fortunate to be able to source from growers on some of the very best plots of this region.
There is a strong Burgundian inspiration in the style of these wines, and as such, an old world label design was deemed appropriate. They are very approachable young but also have the potential to evolve with time in bottle.
