Happy International Chardonnay Day.
May 24th is being celebrated around the globe and d'Arenberg is joining the party. Chester is currently pouring our wines at the London International Wine Trade Fair and many of the staff are participating in twitter events and tastings around the country.
We've sent samples out to various events around Australia and would encourage anyone who's contemplating a wine today to CHOOSE CHARDONNAY.
From it's lofty heights in the 80s, Chardonnay joined tencel jeans and prawn cocktails in the 'not cool' lists for a long time.
It even suffered the fate of having its own negative acronym A.B.C (Anything but Chardonnay)
Thankfully this versatile grape is now back on the 'What's Hot' list and worth celebrating.
