All prices quoted for wine are for single bottles (except special offers) and are inclusive of GST. Merchandise prices include freight charges. All specials, promotions, clearances, offers and discounted items advertised on the d’Arenberg Pty Ltd website are available only while stocks last unless otherwise advertised.

When ordering, your Shopping Cart will show the wines you have ordered. Once you proceed to the checkout you will be asked to enter delivery postcode (along with other delivery address details), which will be used to calculate the appropriate delivery costs. An order total (including delivery) will then be shown.
The system uses industry standard SSL encryption to help protect credit card details as they are transmitted between your computer and the website, the credit card details are not stored after one-off transactions have been processed and in cases where credit card details do need to be stored, access to that data is heavily restricted. Payments are processed by our wholesale partner Securepay, who maintain PCI-DSS certification, provide standard fraud protections and maintain close, direct relationships with the major banks.
Please allow up to 14 days for your wine to arrive after receiving confirmation of your order. If you have not received your wines in this timeframe please contact us and we will trace your delivery. We use Hunter Express for our deliveries. If you are not at home at the time when they deliver, Hunter Express will leave a card in your letter box for you to contact your local depot to organise pick up.
Refunds and Returns
If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it. If you are not 100% happy with your wine purchase for any reason please contact us immediately.
Changes of Vintage
We make every effort to keep the information regarding vintage availability for each wine up to date but from time to time we are unable to supply the vintage listed on the website. If this occurs we will contact the customer prior to sending the wine to confirm that the alternative is acceptable.

How do I buy wine with my Ceno discount?
Go to the Member Details area of our website and login, all wine will then be shown at the Ceno Club rate. If you are visiting us in cellar door, let our friendly staff know that you’re a Ceno Club member and they’ll apply the discount to your purchase.
Which pack did I sign up for?
You can view your current subscription by logging into your online account. Under Member Details it will display all current and historical information.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No, there is no additional sign-up fee. You will only be charged for the packs you are currently subscribed to plus any additional purchases you make.
Can I change packs or select multiple packs?
Absolutely! Log into your online account with your username and password and navigate to the Member Details area, where you can view your current subscriptions, purchase history and make changes to your preferences.
Can I choose what wines are included in my pack?
The pack descriptions give an indication of what you are going to receive. Mixed packs are hand selected by our winemakers prior to each shipment, so you are unable to select specific wines. However, you are able to change your pack choice by logging into the Member Details area on our website. You can also add more wine to your order and take advantage of your 15% Ceno Club discount.
What do I do if I’m away when a shipment is due?
We can hold a shipment in our warehouse if you need a short delay, otherwise it is best to nominate an alternative delivery address. Contact us on 08 8329 4888 during business hours to discuss alternative arrangements.
Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged approximately one week before your wine is due to be shipped. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time before your credit card is processed for the next shipment. To maintain your Ceno Club membership and benefits, simply continue to spend $300 per annum on your favourite d’Arenberg wines.
How do I know when my next delivery is due?
At the start of the delivery month you will receive a notification email containing information for the scheduled delivery, including the wines to be delivered, credit card processing date, and shipping information. You can make changes to your subscription right up until the date for credit card processing.
What happens if I do not respond to the shipment notification email?
If you do not respond we will assume everything is ok for us to proceed with the shipment.
